Drawing #8.
Bunny. Byron.
This is so hilarious, I don’t even know.
A collection of Emily Dickinson’s poems was the first book I ever bought with my own money. It was a Barnes & Noble edition. I was 8 or 9. Somehow I thought the idea of her keeping away in her father’s house, writing poetry, and wandering around wearing white was sort of romantic. Gawd. lol
I love this. I think that’s Bob Holman top, center.
Last night at the Bowery Poets Club, NYC
They had one poet reading after another for hours.
I sat there drinking beer and drawing each of them.
I was kind of more focused on drawing than listening.
So sorry if I misquote you, poets.(click on it for closeup)
